Choose Your Starting Point
Estate planning often begins with a simple question: who are you planning for?

Plan for Myself
Address health, incapacity, and personal decision-making—including care for pets.

Plan for Family
Continue to care and provide for your loved ones—even beyond your lifetime.

Revisit a Plan
Ensure you current plan still reflects your values and life changes.
Estate Planning is Not About Documents.
It is About Decisions.
Most estate plans begin with documents.
At ForeverMore Law, the process begins with decisions.
Who should speak for you if you cannot?
Who should care for your children?
How should responsibilities be structured?
Our role is to help you think through those choices:
to match legal tools to the outcomes you want,
to explain trade-offs, and to test scenarios out loud.
The documents come later.
They simply memorialize your plan.
